Learn About SYME

• 1. Prepare a passport and visa. In order to go overseas you must have a valid PASSPORT (with remaining validity of at least 6 months). Tourists from the US and Canada can stay in Korea OR Japan for up to 90 days without a VISA. For Taiwan the following document will help you prepare to come.

• 2. Prepare a list of the names and addresses (e-mail preferred) of 50-100 people and/or churches to communicate with before and during your trip.
• 3. Prepare a letter to send to churches, family and friends explaining what you will be doing on this short-term missions trip. You will need prayer support and perhaps financial support as well. Here is a sample letter.
• 4. Prepare a roundtrip plane ticket to Incheon, Korea, Narita, Japan or Taipei, Taiwan. Word of Life Launch is prepared to assist you with this.
